"I Will Wait" (11x11") has been juried into the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod "For Pastels Only 2015." The exhibition will be held June 17 to July 12, 2015, at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in South Yarmouth, MA.
Happy to announce my drawing "Bent Not Broken" has been juried into the Pastel Painters of Maine 16th International Juried Exhibition. The show will be held at the Lewis Gallery, Portland Public Library, Portland, Maine, June 5-27, 2015.
CELT Paint for Preservation 2015
Delighted to get word that I am one of the artists selected to participate in the 8th Annual Cape Elizabeth Land Trust Paint for Preservation event, Sunday, July 12, 2015.
"As one of the most anticipated Wet Paint Auctions in Maine each summer, Paint for Preservation presents a diverse collection of works by highly accomplished artists. Throughout the day, thirty selected artists will paint on site at designated public and private locations chosen to highlight Maine’s natural beauty."
Two of my pastels were accepted and won awards at the 25th Annual Maine Open Juried Art Show: This Too Shall Pass : First Place in the Pastel Category, and Daydreams won The Waterville Art Society Award.
An opening reception will be held a the Waterville Public Library, Waterville, Maine, on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00PM.

Thrilled to be invited to participate in a plein air event "Wet Paint on the 'Weskeag" in South Thomaston, Maine next Saturday, September 13, 2014. A fundraiser for Georges River Land Trust, it is hosted by The Kelpie Gallery. It promises to be a great event.
Noted local artists will plaint during the day. Followed by a cocktail reception and live auction with cash bar and hors d'oeuvres. Music by the Monday Night Jazz Orchestra combo.
